Work Without Borders

The Czech labor market is facing a fundamental demographic change – there is an increase in people aged 50+ who want and can remain active, but they encounter systemic barriers. The new Work Without Borders platform therefore connects employers, experts, and public administration with the goal of opening the topic of work in later age, supporting flexibility and utilizing the potential of the experienced generation for the economy and society. The partner of the initiative is also the Modrobiom Foundation, which brings to the project an emphasis on health literacy and longevity in health.
